Not happy with your fragrance or accidentally ordered the wrong item? 
Don’t worry, you have up to 14 days from the date you received your order to return your fragrance to us.

Goods form orders destined for UK must be returned within 14 days of delivery to: Romeron.com, 92 Dalry Road, Edinburgh EH112AX
Goods form orders destined for EU and rest of the World must be returned within 14 days of delivery to: Vidas Group sro, Moyzesova 46, Kosice 04001

To initiate a return then please use our returns document which we sent to you by email with your order.  You can select which items you want to return. Our customer support team will authorise the return and you will receive shipping information via email.

The customer is liable for paying the cost of returning the item to us. 

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. 

We accept returns perfume on 50ml sizes.  

Romeron.com do not cover the cost of returning your item to us.

We do not refund the original postage charge

No returns for clearance items

Refunding your purchase 

We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receiving your return. Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know your return has been approved. Once approved your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through. 

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to look into it for you.  

 

Incorrect Address:
We can't change an address once the order has been made, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are correct.

If the parcel has been dispatched prior to receiving contact of the shipping address being incorrect it is the responsibility of the customer who placed the order to try and retrieve the package from this address. In the event the parcel is returned to us then the customer is liable to pay for the re-postage of the order, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the item at a rate of £4.90. 

Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund there will be £4.90 fee deducted from your refund to cover charges made from the carrier for returning your item to us.
